If We Aren’t Winning, and We Aren’t Losing, Are We Doing Anything?

“We’re not winning, we’re not losing,” Bush said in an interview with The Washington Post. The assessment was a striking reversal for a president who, days before the November elections, declared, “Absolutely, we’re winning.”

So after what, after nearly 4 years, 3,000 troops dead, and over 20,000 injuries – the President doesn’t know what the status of the war is?

That does not breed much confidence.
